
Xiaomi launched its first-ever desktop PC yesterday, a compact and portable desktop computer aptly named the Xiaomi Mini PC . Similar in design to the Apple Mac Mini, the particular Mini PERSONAL COMPUTER runs Windows 11 plus weighs just 437 grams.
At 112mm x 112 mm x 38mm, it’s actually smaller than the Mac pc Mini, albeit a bit taller. In terms of build quality, the Mini PC is built using an aluminium alloy that has gone through CNC, metal sandblasting and anode oxidation for a clean aesthetic.
According to the Xiaomi official Chinese website , the Small PC features the twelfth generation Intel Core i5-1240P processor with 12 cores and 16 threads. It boasts up to 4. 4GHz maximum turbo efficiency plus 12MB associated with Level 3 cache.
There is no dedicated graphics card, instead, the Mini PC relies on an integrated GPU via Intel Iris Xe. Besides that, it sports 16GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM MEMORY and 512GB of PCIe 4. 0 NVMe SSD.
The Mini COMPUTER supports WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5. 3 and 100W power-rated power input. As for I/O, the Small PC has several ports on its back and front, which includes:

In China, it comes with Home windows 11 Home Chinese Edition pre-installed and is priced at CNY3699 or ~RM2341. As of the time of writing, Xiaomi has yet to reveal the particular availability of the Mini PC outside of China.
